In House Training Program is conducted by a licensed agent with over 30  years experience in the Real Estate Industry.  Working with the CREATE21® training program it ensures new agents have complete and well-rounded, working knowledge of the overall industry and how it relates to working with buyers and sellers in the Southeast Michigan market area.
